Our business model relies on augmenting the internal capabilities of our staff and management team through outsourcing the execution of certain project development activities by specialized service providers. A built-in quality assurance process of deliverables integrates output of external resources with those of main stream internal capabilities. The professional resources extended to BPI by its technology and investment partners are indispensible in consolidating our portfolio of utility and energy conversion assets.
